We have four (4) convenient ways to order from us:

We accept Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We will confirm all orders by E-mail or telephone. Items will be held for 48 hours for payment arrangements to be made. Payments must be received within seven (7) days of the initial order or item(s) will be returned to inventory.

Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax.

Shipping and handling charges are not included in the pricing due to the variables of item, distance, etc. The charge will be relayed to you when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Information
All of our fine jewelry is packaged in quality gift boxes. All items will be shipped via UPS within the continental US. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO boxes. Overnight and UPS 2-Day service is available. All items will be insured. If your payment was by check, your order will be shipped when the check has been processed.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, a full refund minus any and all shipping charges will be given provided the following conditions are met:
  --You must notify us by E-mail, fax, or phone within 24 hours
     after your receipt of item(s).
     - When possible, damaged shipments must be brought to
        the attention of the delivery person and noted.
  --The return must be postmarked no later than three (3) days
     after notification using same method of shipment, insuring for
     full value. Simply call us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise
     Authorization) for arrangements to be made. Items must be
     returned in the same original condition without any alterations
     or damage.
